• Cover or remove any outside areas or objects you do not want exposed to the chemicals.
• Make sure that you remove or secure any object that can become a projectile when pushed by the pressure jet such as planters, toys and ornaments.
• Remove any obstruction you have against the walls of the house.
• Identify for the contractor any damages exterior areas to the dwelling, any paint flaking so they can avoid more paint coming off
• Identify for the contractor any electrical risks and keep children away from washing
After you should:
• Check around windows and doors and mop up any excess water.
• If you had a vegetable garden close to where the chemical wash may have wash onto or spray ensure that you water the plants down to wash away and dilute any chemical residue.

All Terms defined in the Terms and Conditions and meant as a guide also to what the customer should prepare prior to us washing your house or other service offer and after we leave.
"WashMyHouse" and Code Black are the trading name of Waterhouse.net.nz Limited thus trading as WashMyHouse & CodeBlack. You the client means the party or parties who enter into this Agreement with WashMyHouse.
1. WashMyHouse, house washing services are offered to you conditional on your acceptance without modification of our terms as below:
You, the client will ensure that you follow some simple health and safety rules before and after washing:

2. General Terms
2.1 Our Agreement with You also includes:
1) Our Acceptable Use policy
2) Our Privacy Policy
3) Any other policies which WashMyHouse formally adopts from time to time
2.2 WashMyHouse reserves the right to modify, enhance and withdraw all or part of the service and alter its Policies and these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any change, WashMyHouse shall provide a general notice on our website and changes will become effective upon publication.
3. Guarantees
3.1 There is no money back guarantee applicable to this service. We will undertake the appropriate processes as outlined, and we make no warranty as to the effective on your property of the chemicals we use.
3.2 We will reasonably endeavour to ensure the wash spray is effective but we make no guarantee as to the suitability or success of the completed spray as environmental factors may impact on effectiveness of the service.
3.3 If You are not completely satisfied with the quality of the service provided by WashMyHouse You should in the first instance notify WASHMYHOUSE in writing to Craig@WashMyHouse.co.nz and we will endeavour to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
3.4 The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 may apply to any Services we provide to You if these Services are of a type ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use. If this Act applies, all rights You may have under it apply in addition to the rights You may have in this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement will limit or exclude Your rights under this Act.
3.5 You must ensure and have responsibility to remove all obstacles, ensure that hazards are identified to WashMyHouse staff, and You must ensure any excess water is removed immediately to avoid damage. You are responsible for closing all windows and door. We accept no liability whatsoever where you have not undertaking these actions.
3.6 Where You acquire or hold Yourself out as acquiring our Services for the purpose of a business, then You agree that the provisions of the Consumers Guarantee Act 1993 will not apply to our Service or the provision of any other Services to You.
4. WashMyHouse’s Obligations
4.1 We will endeavour to provide the agreed service to You in accordance with Your wishes.
4.2 We will complete quality assurance checks to ensure the maximum effectiveness of our service.
4.3 Within thirty days of when Your house is wash/sprayed, if you wash/spray is not effective you must advise WashMyHouse in writing.
4.4 After the completed period any requests will incur additional fees
5. Your Obligations
5.1 You shall be responsible for providing a clear and safe environment for wash/spraying, advise WashMyHouse of all hazards, and ensuring hazards are removed and or covered. That animals and persons are not present at time of wash/spray and that windows and doorways are well closed before you spraying commences. You will advise WASHMYHOUSE of any areas you consider may need more intensive wash/spraying. Without this information we cannot provide You with WashMyHouse Services..
5.2 You confirm you have authority and that you are authorising the use of a Hazard chemical spray in your dwelling area.
5.3 You agree that in the event of an accident or coming into contact with the spray you will follow the safety process as outline on the website www.WashMyHouse.co.nz.
5.4 You agree that once the wash/spray is completed You are solely responsible for ensuring your residual chemical at you property is adequately diluted and washed away.
5,5 You agree that in so far as you can you indemnify WashMyHouse against all liability including consequential damage, that YOU indemnify WashMyHouse. That the maximum of a liability in law, except for that liability included by law, should be limited to the cost of the service provided.
6. Blank
7. Price & Payment
7.1 The price is stated on the WashMyHouse website at http://www.WashMyHouse.co.nz.
7.2 Payment must be made before work commences and can be made to WashMyHouse by credit card, EFTPOS or direct bank transfer.
7.3 Any requested modifications to the supplied service will incur additional charges of $85 + GST per hour of work required.
7.4 In the event of a charge back by a credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by WashMyHouse or other reversal of payment by You in connection with the Service, A chargeback fee of $NZ150 will apply.
7.5 If we are forced to hand Your account over to our debt collection agency for collection you will be liable for these collection costs.
7.6 You agree that payment of the services is your acceptance of the terms of the service
8. Design Acknowledgment
8.1. WashMyHouse reserves the right to include an acknowledgement that the service was completed by WashMyHouse.
9. Cancellation
9.1 Either party may cancel this agreement by giving the other party two days written notice of its intention to do so.
9.2 Once WashMyHouse staff depart for Your premises You shall not be entitled to a cancellation of services requested. If we are unable to complete the work due to your circumstances you will still be liable to pay for the required services from WashMyHouse, even though they were not provided.
9.3 Where You cancel the agreement and WashMyHouse will be required to pay $85 + GST to cover the lost time.
9.4 We reserve the right to cancel the service WashMyHouse offers at no cost or liability to WashMyHouse whatsoever.
